A refined reinvention of a family villa in Jumeirah, this project celebrates restraint, rhythm, and renewal. The layout was stripped to its essentials, allowing light to sculpt every surface. Joinery in natural ash wood wraps around the central corridor, doubling as both privacy and poetic pause.
A layered material palette such as hand-finished plaster, brushed bronze trims, microcement created a softness that honoured the home’s emotional history while preparing it for modern utility. Custom wardrobes, bathroom vanities, and concealed lighting complete the narrative.
