Commissioned by a third-generation Emirati family, this project reframed the majlis not as a relic of the past, but as a sanctuary for meaningful pause. Carved ceiling roses, gypsum latticework, and pearl-inlay consoles nod to heritage, while the palette (camel suede, bleached oak, ivory stone) remains modern and breathable.
Modular seating lines the periphery, with integrated cooling and underfloor lighting systems. It is a quiet declaration of power that is both warm and withholding.
